There is truth to that statement indeed, though I've always been self-conscious about my forehead (it's not that big, but I thought it was when I was a kid and never really got over those early impressions of it) and haven't been able to must the courage as an adult to do a solid fringe across my forehead. Instead I go for shorter layers in the front and will sometimes curl my "bangs" into a cute little 40s inspired look.
so right..I have mine eyebrow level than they can be curled under..up or too side...
