@Cholla Queen - I don't have a separate setting pattern for these flips, but there are pretty good instructions for similar styles on hairarchives.com:

Forward flip all the way...I saw Lee Radziwill in a 60's photo the other day with that hair and was just wracking my brain to figure out how to describe it. Now I can even recreate it!
